Training Tracker is a platform for coaches and teams to create, manage, and share training plans and drills. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Training Tracker, including training plans, drills, categories, and team data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service; (d) upload malicious code or content; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
Training Tracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Training Tracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Training Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Training Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
