By creating an account or using Training Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Training Tracker is a platform for coaches and teams to create, manage, and share training plans and drills. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Training Tracker, including training plans, drills, categories, and team data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Training Tracker is used to plan sessions for teams whose players are often children. Content you add may therefore include personal information about other people, such as player names, squad and availability lists, notes about players, and photographs or video footage in which players are identifiable. By adding that content you represent and warrant that you are entitled to do so. Specifically, you confirm that you have all consents, permissions and authorisations required by law and by the policies of your school, club or organisation to record, upload, store and share that information, including any parent or guardian consent required to capture or share images or video of a person under 18, and that you are complying with your own organisation's child protection and child safety obligations. Responsibility for obtaining and holding those consents rests with you and your organisation, not with Training Tracker. You agree to record only the information you genuinely need in order to coach, and not to upload sensitive personal information about a player, such as health, medical or disability details, or a player's contact details, home address or date of birth. Video attached to a drill can be opened from a link or a printed QR code without signing in to Training Tracker. Before sharing or printing a plan that contains video, you are responsible for satisfying yourself that everyone who may receive it is entitled to view that footage. Section 5 of our Privacy Policy explains how these links work, and you should read it before uploading video of players. If consent is withdrawn, or you need footage removed, delete the video in the app or contact us and we will remove it. We may remove content and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe this section has been breached, or where we receive a credible concern about the safety or privacy of a child.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service; (d) upload malicious code or content; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
Training Tracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Training Tracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Training Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Training Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
