We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with team members you invite to collaborate within the app. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights. We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Training Tracker: Stripe processes subscription payments and billing information on our behalf (we do not store your full payment card details), and Amazon Web Services (S3) securely stores drill videos you upload. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually bound to protect it.
Your data is stored securely. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Drill videos are uploaded directly to Amazon S3 using time-limited, access-controlled links and are only accessible to your team and organization.
We use session tokens to keep you logged in and may use local storage to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your browsing data.
You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the Settings page. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at .
Training Tracker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
